We are seeking a mid-level account manager to join our Account Management Team (AMT). This role requires a dynamic professional who excels in collaboration, communication, and strategic planning. Working closely with lead strategists, project managers (PMs), creative service team members (CSTs) and clients, the account manager will play a role in gathering, organizing, and directing the necessary intel to execute our clients’ strategic plans. This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of our services which measurably contribute to our clients’ achieving their goals.

Job Duties:

  • Act as the primary liaison between The AMG Team and clients, ensuring the successful execution of deliverables to meet client goals.
  • Develop and manage professional and personal relationships with clients, understanding their business operations, challenges, and needs in depth.
  • Lead efficient and effective meetings, ensuring all discussions and decisions are properly recorded, organized, and communicated.
  • Guide and collaborate with project managers to ensure tactical deliverables are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members, providing clear instructions and direction.
  • Responsible for executing various tasks to enhance the client’s digital footprint and ensure operational standards are met.
  • Continuously increase knowledge of our services and how they can be utilized to achieve client objectives.
  • Dedicate non-billable time to personal and professional growth, specifically in developing the AMG Team’s 5 Growth Methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Digital certifications are beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, preferably Asana, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage complex projects.
  • Manage time efficiently to juggle various projects.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
  • A collaborative team player with a results-driven approach and a dedication to client success.
